European Jewish Research Archive

European Jewish Research Archive

Our European Jewish Research Archive (EJRA) is a publicly available online repository of research publications about contemporary European communities published since 1990. Sponsored by the Rothschild Foundation Hanadiv Europe, the archive went live in 2015, and works in collaboration with the Berman Jewish Policy Archive (BJPA) in New York so that each one is accessible from the other’s website.

The archive holds over 2,500 items, written in 29 different languages and covering 54 countries. In addition to the individual items, it also houses curated collections of reports grouped by topic to aid those with a general interest in common areas of interest. It is a valuable resource aimed at Jewish community leaders and policy makers as well as researchers and academics with an interest in contemporary European Jewish life.

To search the archive, click here, or to discuss any aspect of this work, contact the Project Director, Dr Keith Kahn-Harris, at
