Biography

Isabel managed JPR’s research panel and survey research programme in the UK. She has an MA in Political Sociology (Russia and Eastern Europe) from University College London and an SWWDTP-funded PhD (part of the Arts and Humanities Research Council) at the University of Exeter, which examines Holocaust memory in the Russian Federation.  

Before working for JPR in 2022, Isabel worked as a Research Fellow at the Henry Jackson Society. She is a gifted writer whose work has been published in The Spectator and The Jewish Chronicle.
