How many Jews live in the UK today? How many of them made 'aliyah' to Israel last year? and what proportion of them attend a Passover seder most or every year? It is traditional to ask questions during the seder, but why stop at just the standard four?
Things have changed since the Jewish people left Egypt… as they have since the time Jews first arrived in the UK. This seder, test your family’s knowledge about Jews in the UK today while reading the Haggadah. Print our 2024 Passover quiz, bring it to the seder table, and don’t forget to check the full answers for more information.
Our 2024 UK edition of 'Whose Passover is it anyway?" uses findings from the landmark JPR report, ’Jews in the UK today’, published in February 2024. The report is based on the responses of nearly 5,000 British Jews, members of the JPR research panel, to the JPR National Jewish Identity Survey – the largest survey of its kind to date.
