The European Union certainly has deep – and often good – relations with Israel
Stephen Pollard
In the report:
For all the coverage given recently to the resurgence of antisemitism in Europe, one key component of the picture has been missing: the European Union itself.
Whether it is the Union’s relationship with Israel, its relationship with the United States, or the mindset of EU officials and policy makers, it is impossible to make a judgement on the nature and causes of the so-called ‘new antisemitism’ in Europe without looking at the influence of the European Union. This chapter attempts to do that.
